There are two plans. One person is $495. Two people are $990. You pay once. There is no yearly bill. The couples plan is not a discount on a second signup. It is one purchase that covers two named people. Each person needs a name, male or female, birthdate, phone, and legal residence. You also choose funeral or cremation. Both plans do the same thing.
