This policy is for eternaljourneyhome.com, the store for the Eternal Journey Home plan (Travel Plan by Inman).
What you give us
You can read the site without an account. If you buy a plan, we ask for the enrollment details and the checkout details:
- Full name, male or female, and birthdate
- Phone number
- Legal residence: street, city, state, and ZIP
- Funeral or cremation
- Email and billing details at checkout
The checkout takes the payment. We do not keep your full card number on this page or in the enrollment form.
What the site collects on its own
The store uses cookies so the cart and checkout work, and so we can tell a return visit from a new one. We also see ordinary technical details, such as the pages opened and the address of the connection. Those cookies are not a way for us to read files on your computer.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Enroll you and issue the membership
- Contact you about the purchase
- Give the enrollment details to the service that arranges the trip home, if a death happens 75 miles or more from legal residence
- Answer a question before you buy
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information. We do share what the service needs with Inman Shipping Worldwide, which arranges the return of remains. If someone dies and the family needs the service, they call 1-800-321-0566. The payment company that runs checkout also receives the billing details needed to take payment.
