How to buy the plan
Pick the plan, fill in the person it covers, and pay. That is the whole enrollment.
One person is $495. Two people are $990. Both are a one-time payment, not a yearly fee.
Buy the individual plan ($495)
Buy the couples plan ($990)
On the form, enter the full name, choose male or female, enter the birthdate, the phone number, and the legal residence (street, city, state, and ZIP). The couples plan asks for the same details for each person. Choose funeral or cremation. Then pay.
The plan is not active until payment is received and an enrollment number is issued. If you are away from your legal residence when you buy, coverage starts after you return home and travel again.
